Mr. Wallace has spent the last 25 years in the healthcare field on the consulting side as well as the payor side. He was mainly responsible for client retention of the firm’s largest clients with an integral focus on Native American Tribal business. In this role, he successfully handled client support in all areas including, but not limited to, HR, Benefits, Implementation, Finance, PPO networks and other facets of the company deliverables. His initiative moving forward is to offer employer-sponsored group health plans the highest quality benefits to their members at an affordable price and exceed client expectations with experience and second to none service.
Mr. Yates began his career in health benefits administration serving Fortune 100 clients. He is also a former executive with experience in procuring corporate health benefits. With experience on both sides of the equation, Mr. Yates holds high value in strong relationships and wants to see Allegiance Benefit Consultants become the industry leader in service.
Mr. Reagan is a commercial transactions attorney with over twenty-five years of experience representing businesses ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 publicly traded companies. He has extensive experience working with fully funded and self funded insurance plans and the corresponding regulatory matters. Mr. Reagan is also a licensed CPA (inactive) in the state of Arizona.
